Meet The Meadow Bowl.

A bell metal bronze singing bowl, approximately 9 inches in diameter, hand-painted with a meadow of botanical work across an oxidized bronze night.

We've made 5 to begin. 

The 5 bowls in this series produce fundamental tones in the third octave. Above that fundamental, each bowl generates a rich series of inharmonic overtones. A wave of beautiful, complex sound information that engenders that relaxed feeling you may be going for.

Most importantly, bowls in this run generate audible beat frequencies in the delta range. Slow, oceanic pulse you hear when two close frequencies interact within a single mode.

The Meadow is a visual statement, celebrating the close of spring and the transition into summer.

Each bowl features a hand-painted botanical garden that wraps the entire circumference: layered blossoms in pink, white, ivory, blue, amber, and rose, set against a deep oxidized bronze. 

Every Wildflower bowl is selected and created to be a resonant instrument first and a visual masterpiece second. 

Each Wildflower bowl ships with everything you need to play: a handmade hardwood striker wrapped in suede for playing around the rim and producing sustained overtones, a soft-tipped wool mallet for inviting the bowl to sing with a full resonant strike, and a "ring' cushion to keep your bowl at ease when it's resting. 

Each heirloom bowl comes from Kathmandu, Nepal and is guaranteed for life.
